Our family transferred from Metro New Jersey to the Midwest in 2002. I left my Nursing Career, and Real Estate Brokers License behind. As a single Mom, I care for my young adult daughter diagnosed with Autism and developmental challenges. This is my passion, advocacy for Special Needs! So many children need services to realize their potential. The first few years are critical for the child to obtain the correct therapies and services.   I enjoy advocacy, writing, photojournalism, art, research and networking. Finding Hubpages two years ago has given me an opportunity to increase my knowledge and find wonderful friends.
